Long Term and Employee Housing
Three Rivers Resort owns a number of mobile homes that are used for employee housing and long-term housing when available. During the winter months, there are also guest cabins available for long-term leases from approximately November through April. Those units may be viewed from our Lodging page.

Most units are available starting mid October – mid November with a few possibly earlier. All leases must go through April 30, 2026.
