The Dance Hall
Used by original settlers for dancing, this 100+ year old building is available to rent for your private party, wedding or event. It includes approximately 100 metal folding chairs, 11 tables 8’ x 2.5’ (seats 8) and 2 tables 5’ x 2.5’ (seats 6), 2 single stall restrooms and a serving kitchen with a sink and refrigerator. Total capacity: 150 people. Three Rivers Smokehouse catering is available for events here.

Outdoor Pavilion
This outdoor covered area is available to rent for your private party or event. It includes a fire pit, large gas grill ($35 fee), serving bar (bring own drinks), is adjacent to the playground, horseshoes and volleyball areas, and has 8 picnic tables (each seats 8). There are no restrooms. During 2nd and 3rd rifle hunting seasons, this area is set up for cleaning and hanging wild game. Three Rivers Smokehouse catering is available for events here.

Wedding Lawn
This riverfront lawn area may be rented for weddings and provides a beautiful backdrop for the ceremony. There is an add-on option for our guide(s) to float the bridal party down the river to the lawn for the event. It is a “DIY” space where you set up and take down your seating and decorations. Preferably, the large vacation home #15 is rented with this space, as it borders the lawn. Call us for details and pricing.
